Since the cat is out, maybe moving from white to green is better.
I’ve seen some versions of this deck out there, but here’s mine anyhow.
Maybe The Gitrog Monster isn’t quite the most obvious Standard card, but that doesn’t mean I’m not going to brew with it.
I got back from Paris yesterday really late, but we’ll get to that eventually. As usual, its not only about playing, but its an experience. There’s a bunch of Finns that frequent these things and we always have fun, because we don’t take this too seriously.
Today’s the release and as currently unemployed, I’ve had the time to think about what to play. The ideas are pretty endless, but the problem is that I won’t have access to everything today, so I’ve used what I have been able to trade for (and I’ll actually get some of the cards I’ve bought later today, because it pays to be close to a professional seller).
So, after a lot of consideration, I decided to have a test run with Goblin Dark-Dwellers.
Of course, the cards that really have an impact don’t always need to be the mythics.
This seems pretty good.
Evolutionary Leap just seems like a build-around to me, although I think it can be a good way to combat control decks by saccing the creatures they kill. Anyhow, here’s an idea:
