The mana is awkward, but I think this could work. The problem with clues is that they aren’t generally as valuable as you’d hope they would be. Here, we can use [card]Thopter Spy Network[/card] for extra advantage, but generally the clues just aren’t worth it.
I got back from Paris yesterday really late, but we’ll get to that eventually. As usual, its not only about playing, but its an experience. There’s a bunch of Finns that frequent these things and we always have fun, because we don’t take this too seriously.
Just before Christmas, when I was looking for something different to play, I tried out this list in a tournament: U/G Megamorph. I went 2-2. Not very good, but the games I lost were still quite competitive and I think with some practice I may have done better with the deck.
But, here’s a great addition:
These are very casual. I don’t think these could be tuned enough to work in standard. On the other hand, I never do see the really great combos, so how would I know?
