The core is kind of a no-brainer with all the Landfall-creatures, but there’s more to this deck than that. Finding ways to use all the mana you have on table after triggering the Landfall numerous times has to be used in some way.
Anyhow, the basis for this deck are these two:
I don’t think [scryfall]Scythe Leopard[/scryfall] will be the next [scryfall]Steppe Lynx[/scryfall], but it does have some potential. I’m not sure about the [scryfall]Undergrowth Champion[/scryfall]. There must be some reason it was made a mythic, but I’m not sure I see it. Still, I would like to test it. The thing is, there will be a suite of removal that is popular and it is going to have to react to what is happening in the metagame. Is it going to be good? Are people going to have to rely on something to kill all the big Eldrazi, perhaps this little guy can get through. Perhaps the triggers are just valuable enough to play it anyway. After all, it can quite easily grow beyond [scryfall]Languish[/scryfall].
