One of the problems in recent history was that there weren’t really good four mana green creatures. Why was that a problem? Because there were plenty of two costing mana elves. If you play those, you want to play a four drop to play on turn three. Sure, there is [card]Bristling Hydra[/card], which is still quite strong, but there’s some new ones in the new set. (Actually, [card]Crocodile of the Crossing[/card] is quite underappreciated as well.)
They are clearly pushing morphs, or megamorphs. Why not try to do something with them?
