Seems like they are pushing this theme somewhat for the couple of months before rotation, similarly to what they’ve done in the past with various decks, making some powerful deck have a swansong before the cards fall out of standard.
We have two reprints:
Since the first version, we’ve had some more zombies come out, plus one synergy card for them, so here’s another try.
I’m not sure about the [scryfall]Stitcher’s Supplier[/scryfall]. Definitely interesting, but 1/1 just doesn’t do enough. Sure, we have 12 lords, so maybe… We just don’t have room for it right now.
[deck]
[creatures]
4 Diregraf Ghoul
4 Dread Wanderer
4 Graveyard Marshal
4 Metallic Mimic
4 Lord of the Accursed
4 Death Baron
4 Plague Belcher
[/creatures]
[apells]
4 Liliana’s Mastery
4 Liliana, Untouched by Death
[/spells]
[lands]
4 Ifnir Deadlands
16 Swamp
4 Field of Ruins
[/lands]
[/deck]
There are some antisynergies here. Liliana and [scryfall]Graveyard Marshal[/scryfall] don’t really work together that well.
maybe less liliana’s and less metallic mimics for some removal, when in black(one of the best colors for removal) makes since to take advantage of the removal
Fewer Lilianas? That is blasphemy, sir. But yeah, I’d like to do something about the removal situation as well. The problem is that it’s going to be hard to find a decent suite of removal without having quite a few of them. I guess [card]Vraska’s Contempt[/card] is the one you want, but having too many four-drops is not going to be good for the deck.
