Shadows over Innistrad Brews, pt. 1 – Clues

Not many cards spoiled thusfar, so this is very much in the beginning stages, but reading through almost 300 cards and trying to figure those out is much harder than doing it step by step. So, what could we do with these three?

Sorry if I make mistakes with rotating cards. Mid-block rotation is kind of confusing. Also, I have no idea how to build manabases for these decks, as no lands from the set have been spoiled so far.

I was getting back from a PPTQ and I was discussing the enchantment deck played by a friend of mine and how it could maybe be improved. One card mentioned was Thopter Spy Network. It won’t work in his deck, but he also mentioned the clue tokens made by certain cards in SOI. They are artifacts, so the Network will start producing creatures if you control those.

Next step is to find creatures to trigger the Bishop and make those clues. I would also like to survive the early game (the latter game is pretty much locked-in with all the Thopters), so I would require creatures like Reflector Mage, Wall of Resurgence and Mizzium Meddler to keep me alive. Also, Eldrazi Displacer is very good with all of them. So, here’s a very preliminary list, with poor mana, but that will probably be fixed when more lands are spoiled.

  1. Oh wait, I misread the Declaration in Stone. I guess I’ll need to wait for another playable card that investigates (or another artifact).
