Kaladesh Brews, pt. 3 (sort of) – GW Angels

So, one of my favorite cards from Eldritch Moon was always [scryfall]Permeating Mass[/scryfall]. Sure, its difficult to use, but you can’t deny its powerful. Actually very powerful. The problem is that its risky. If the Mass gets going, you’ll just lose all your own creatures as well.

Unless, their somehow protected from it. For example, in my EMN Prerelease deck I had a [scryfall]Permeating Mass[/scryfall] and I played it happily, because I also had [scryfall]Voldaren Pariah[/scryfall] and two [scryfall]Ishkanah, Grafwidow[/scryfall]s, who could do damage without having to enter into combat with all that Mass.

So, okay, I don’t have any Kaladesh cards in the deck. I was thinking of putting in one [scryfall]Blossoming Defense[/scryfall] just as a blowout, but decided not to. Still, it could be a great sideboard card, but I’m not making sideboards at this point, since I don’t know what to sideboard against.

So, what can circumvent the masses? Creatures with flying, for example. How about creatures with First Strike?

What do all of those have in common? Their Legends, so why not slot in a couple of [scryfall]Thalia’s Lancers[/scryfall]’ as well. And a couple of [scryfall]Tireless Tracker[/scryfall]s just because drawing cards is kind of important, especially if you need to hit seven lands.
